These are all great. Right now the last one applies.
But particularly I am grateful that I am healthy enough to run.
Same here!
These are great ones, Zenaida!
Being grateful for your health was on the top of my mind this week. Iβm struggling with my Achilles. Seeing so many healthy runners reminded me to be more grateful for all the times when I can run. Never take it for granted! π
Many of my family members have diabetes. My mom also has high blood pressure. I am doing the best I can to be healthy.
I really love the second-to-last one…laugh at the confusion, LOL. I apply that affirmation on the daily π
That quote did remind me of you!
Ha ha… I like the coffee one. These are all great! It’s funny just how saying these things changes our attitude. It reminds me of a trick I use when I don’t sleep well. When I get up in the morning, it’s tempting to think “This is terrible! I didn’t sleep nearly enough- how will I get through the day?” But instead I tell myself “I got the perfect amount of sleep.” It sounds kind of weird (since it’s blatantly false) but somehow it makes me feel so much better! You can really turn a bad situation around by changing your thoughts.
That is so true. I remember years ago when I worked as a marketing manager I said “It is only Wednesday”. Another coworker said “It is already Wednesday”. Different attitude and way of thinking.
Haha!! I literally laughed out loud in my office at that coffee one, stealing it!!!
I am a coffee lover!
These are all great! Life is short is a good one
I always liked that one but it definitely hit home with covid.
LOL to the coffee one – that’s how I feel most mornings.
Coffee makes everything better. π
Those are great quotes, and of course I love the last one! Did you have your Starbucks tour yet? Did I miss hearing about it?
I did. It was right before the beginning of the school year. We had a great time! I didn’t write about it though.
